Ceremony Abroad: What You Need to Know
As someone who spent a decade as a Deputy Superintendent Registrar, I know the legal landscape of getting married better than most.
Getting legally married in another country involves following the legal requirements of that specific country, which vary widely. Many couples choose to complete their legal registration quietly in the UK before or after their destination celebration, keeping the two entirely separate.
